Create-a-Cig is a privately owned small business having operated in the Shelby County area for almost 10 years. We are the experts in our field, and have a long history of providing simply the best customer service in our industry. We specialize in electronic nicotine delivery systems (vapes) and exciting supplements like Kratom, Delta-8 THC, and CBD. We have set the standard of excellence in selection and service in our area since we first opened our doors in late 2013 as one of the first brick and mortar vape shops around. We don't hire often, and when we do we move quickly. Most associates spend a year or longer with us and leave big shoes to fill. The hiring process will include a face to face interview at one of our locations with the Regional Manager and usually a Store Manager. Any and all sales oriented applicants are a plus, but not a requirement. We will teach you how to sell to anyone without the need to enter morally grey territory, and all training is paid at your determined starting rate instead of a lower rate, and you get payed right away without a hold over pay period.

There are very few requirements for the positions we're looking to fill, and even those can be bent for the right person.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Prior experience in face-to-face sales is a plus but not required
• Some experience or interest in vaping and/or Kratom and hemp products is a plus but not required

We look for energetic people with great personalities. The tools of the trade are all able to be taught, and a linear path of growth is all that is expected with new hires as they grow within the industry and Create-a-Cig.
